In-Person. R & R is for when you simply need to treat yourself to some inspiration and relaxation or while going through profound and deep transformations and awakenings. Either way this provides a healing balm for you body, mind and spirit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: All Sessions Require Pre-payment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give a minimum of 24-hour notice and we will reschedule or I'll refund your payment. Within 24-hours of the service provided you may reschedule your session with no refund. If you do not attend the session with no communication, the payment will not be refunded.
